Seven out of 10 retailers feel suppliers donâ€™t understand their operational difficulties, according to a poll carried out by Retailâ€™s Best, the fresh, new concept in events that takes place on 29 May 2014 at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.
Tackling this issue and helping suppliers to understand retailersâ€™ operational difficulties will be a key focus of Retailâ€™s Best, when it takes place later this month.
The brainchild of independent retailer Moiz Vas, Vas is able to use the empathy that he feels for his fellow retailers to be the driving force thatâ€™s needed to get the key suppliers in the industry to listen and engage with leading retailers to make a difference.

Retailâ€™s Best evolved from a series of tried and tested customer nights that Vasâ€™ events company has hosted for key players in the retail sector over the last few years. More events are planned for later in the year.
