Retail’s Best, the unique business networking event that’s created and run by retailers, for retailers is going from strength to strength since its launch last year, with the next event taking place on Thursday 26 November at Chateau Impney, Worcestershire. Following increased demand from suppliers and retailers alike, dates are already in the calendar for a further two Retail’s Best events in 2016 with suppliers already signing up to be involved.

Moiz Vas, founder of Retail’s Best, whose family owns and operates convenience stores and forecourt sites in London and Norfolk, says: “I saw the potential to create a brand of events that would develop closer ties between operators, owners and suppliers to work in partnership to drive innovation and grow their businesses. The key is to bring suppliers from specific industries together in a relaxed and non-competitive environment. It’s a formula that’s proving successful, with suppliers and retailers alike reporting business growth as a result of attending our events.”

Retail’s Best will see Bestway return as an official partner this November, this time focusing on their delivered wholesale offering, Bestway Direct. Says James Hall, director of symbol retailing at Bestway: “We’ve enjoyed fantastic growth in forecourts and convenience over the past few years and we are constantly looking at ways to attract progressive retailers into our group. I believe that Retail’s Best, with its innovative format in bringing together successful, forward thinking retailers who want to develop their business offers us a great opportunity to grow our estate.”

Attendance at Retail’s Best is by invitation only, with each event typically attracting a high profile guest list of some 150 decision makers at independent retail businesses and forecourts.
