PHILIP MORRIS INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS RETAIL’S BEST 2015 TO BUILD RETAILER BUSINESS RELATIONS

Retail’s Best will have a partner from the tobacco industry for the first time at its convenience and forecourt event on 26 November at Chateau Impney, Worcestershire. Philip Morris International (PMI), the leading international tobacco company, with six of the world’s top 15 international brands, including Marlboro, the world’s best-selling cigarette brand, will join Bestway Direct as an official partner at this year’s Retail’s Best event, the unique business networking event, that’s created and run by retailers, for retailers.

Moiz Vas, founder of Retail’s Best, explains: “In our efforts to develop Retail’s Best it’s important to keep it fresh and introducing a new category partner is a good way to bring a new dimension to the event. It demonstrates how the Retail’s Best format, with the focus on retailers, can create a platform for a wide range of key suppliers to build business relationships. We’re delighted to welcome PMI as our exclusive tobacco partner for 2015. Retail’s Best will provide an effective way for them to meet with a large number of key decision makers, across a spectrum of independent and multi-site operators, to discuss the changes within the industry and the potential impact on their businesses.”

Attendance at Retail’s Best is by invitation only, with each event typically attracting a guest list of 100 plus key decision makers, who own independent retail businesses and forecourts. Further details of the next event will be announced shortly.
